Gina Parrilli

My name is Gina Parrilli. I am a lifelong Illinois resident, a mother, and a grandmother. I never set out to be a politician, but during 2020 I became involved after seeing firsthand how poorly our state is being run and how quickly government overreach can strip away freedom.

For decades, Illinois has been controlled by one-party Democrat rule, and the results are clear: failing schools, out-of-control taxes, shrinking opportunities, and families being ignored. I stood up against woke ideology in our schools, against mask mandates, and against vaccine mandates that undermined parental authority and personal liberty.
Illinois families are being taxed out of their homes and businesses while government waste and mismanagement continue unchecked. Hard-working people deserve better than constant tax hikes and policies that punish success and drive residents out of our state.

My mission is simple: Rein in out of control taxes, protect parental rights, and Safety.

I am running for State Representative because Illinois families deserve real leadership that fights for them — not more of the same Democratic policies that have failed our state. Marti Deuter is the incumbent representative in the 45th District, serving under a Democratic majority that continues to support increased government spending and expanded state programs, often without addressing the real concerns of everyday residents.

I believe Illinois needs a representative who will put fiscal responsibility ahead of party.
